Unfortunately the property was not as advertised. We booked the executive apartment on the basis that it had 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed. We arrived at the flat and spent a long time trying to work out how the sofa converted into a bed, and phoned the assistance/managment number provided to us.
Turns out, they were trying to claim that a foldable "futon" at the side of the room was the double sofa bed. This was not an appropriate length to serve as a bed for anyone but a child (and we are average height women), and is nowhere near wide enough to fit two people as claimed. We did not expect much from a sofa bed but this was not suitable for any of us to sleep on.
There is no reception in the property and the man we spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge the property advert is misleading. I contacted hotels.com support, but they were unable to contact The Nest to provide us with help during our stay, or compensation after. Hotels.com were unwilling to provide a refund despite the information on their website being untrue.
Other than this: the property was relatively clean, in a good location, however both shower heads in the bathrooms were broken as was the washing machine/drier.
I never write reviews but had to for this property to avoid other people ending up in the same situation! Even if you only require 2 beds, I would avoid due to the hostility of property management should you have any issues.
