The hotel is absolutely amazing, the location is very good (near buses stop , some restaurants and local shops, and you can go to de centre, old port and bus central station by walking if you want). They offer a private transportation from the port when you arrive, also the transfer when leaving - these 2 you have to pay, 20 or 25 euros per way). We were welcomed at the hotel with an outstanding view and also a welcome beverage, the name of the receipcionist was Ian, who also gave us lots of information about the city and some tours (the bus tour is very nice if you dont have a car) they have partnership with other companies to offer, so if you want to do everything on the easiest way (and maybe the more expensive one), you dont have anything to worry. What you should know is that they offer what they want you to do, and the prices around the city might be a little bit lower, so make sure you have all the informations you need before choosing. The service was awesome, they serve the breakfast at the time you desire and with and incredible view, just around the pool. The man who helps the cleaning and serving (sorry, forgot the name) is very very kind. The room we've stayed was awesome too, looked like and tipical greek house. The bathroom was little small but I guess there's no other way. What I feel that could be better is the jacuzzi and pool working time. Works from 11am until 6pm, maybe they should allow us to use it until 20 or 22pm because we stay out all day long
