Too many bad points to make about this hotel. It started off my husband arrived earlier than myself (booking was in my name) and there was a problem with the room, even though Id sent over the confirmation. Unfortunately, Expedia didn't put on my confirmation that I had paid for a seaview so there was a problem with that and only got a pool view which I didnt particularly want. Receptionist was rude to my husband and nephew and refused to give additional key to the room (only 2 were given, there were 3 of us staying). Full of really noisy and spoilt children who were left to run riot everywhere and this was particularly frustrating in the dining room where they were taking food, putting in their mouths and then putting it back on the original serving plate if they didnt like it. They were taking way too much food and then leaving it to waste (on many occasion a family of 3 wasted enough food for 5). The computer in reception area was playing up - no-one could fix it and they couldnt take the names to book a place. This happened 4 days and I dont think it ever got repaired (we were just told to come back in the morning, which we did - same problem). The food was not good at all especailly too salty, I like salt in food but this was on a ridiculous scale, the food was the same thing each day and evening. So many other things wrong but not enough space to put all down.
