Firstly, they put us in the wrong, cheaper room and argued it was right until we called WOTIF, who corrected it, and they tried to blame a third party for the mistake! Then the cabin we were in had food scraps and filth under the dirty, stained chairs, not to mention the mattress and broken mattress protector had blood and body fluid stains, and the air con didn't work on cool. The plates and cutlery were not a full set, the curtains were broken. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working, and they could've cleaned the toilet better. I am not usually one to complain, but this had to be mentioned for the price we paid, it was a disgrace!!
