Our special New Year’s Eve stay was a complete disaster. Despite an advertised 2:00 PM check-in, we were denied access to our room until 6:00 PM—a four-hour delay that ruined our evening plans. We had paid for a premium "Tribe Max" room, yet we were left waiting in the lobby for hours with no updates beyond "it won't be long."
The breakfast experience the next morning was appalling and unsanitary. The restaurant was completely trashed, with every table covered in dirty plates and trash. Food stations were empty and filthy. When I pointed out the lack of clean tables to a staff member, she simply shrugged and walked away with zero effort to help. For a high-end hotel in Paris, the lack of basic cleanliness and dismissive staff attitude is unacceptable. This stay was a total service failure, and I am demanding a full refund.
