Dear customer service
I arrived to the resort on Friday 16 at the time of check in I received suite #2113 which i soon I entered I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning correctly also toilet doesn’t flush, I called counter to report it , they told me that they will send technician over to solve the problem, never came, I called again and they told that the technician was working on it, Saturday morning called again and they offered me to switch the room, went to room 0059 to see it before moving luggage, toilet had issues flushing even worth that the one on 2113, returned to counter and they promised me to fix the problem on my room 2113,this was at 1pm on Saturday ,11:00 pm still not fixed, comeback to counter and they give me a smaller room which the a/c was working good, 11:32pm after I moved my personal items to the new room #2176 I started seeing roaches coming out from the fridge and under the bed, this frustration got me on trouble with my wife which was our anivesary , this was a terrible experience with the rooms , why I paid for a suite and end in a smaller room?
