Our stay was definitely less than pleasant. When we booked our room on Expedia nothing was said that the hotel was under construction. We arrived at the hotel to find that the restaurants were closed due to renovations. The front gave us the names of 3 local restaurants to walk too (in the snow storm) to find that each one was closed. Then they recommended using Uber eats for only $24.99 delivery fee. Seriously?? No thanks
Then when we walked down to the pool/spa area to calm down and regroup to figure out dinner- we found that this was also closed. We then went to the front desk and asked to check out and get a refund. We were told no. The rooms were on - the sheets and blankets felt like sandpaper, and the drilling and hammering at 7:00am was enough to discourage us from ever staying at another Hilton again. I am also still waiting on a call back from a manager 20 hours later. Very poor customer service and business management.
