First - I did my reservation for 2 rooms through expedia and when we arrived they had changed the reservation to be 1 room with 1 queen bed and 1 foldout bed. The motel greeter was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience, following up to our room and making the foldout bed for us.
Second - I got ready for a shower and the water was cold, as well as, the water was cold the next morning for my friend.
Third - [A different front desk greeter] - I told her of the cold water and her comment was - "Yes, I've had multiple people complain about the cold water'. But she said nothing further, kind of like, "so what" and I saw no concern or indication that she was going to do anything about it
