Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the location was decent, the condition of the room left much to be desired, especially considering the high price.
Upon entering, I noticed several small damages throughout the room that should have been addressed, particularly with the $100 deposit charged to all guests. The water pressure was a major issue; it took nearly 30 minutes for the water to warm up, and even then, it was barely adequate.
The bathroom was especially troubling. The shower had strange stains on the floor, and stepping in revealed a concerning dip that felt unsafe. The shower head appeared clogged with residue or mold, and the bathroom constantly emitted an unpleasant odor that resembled urine. Additionally, the mini fridge did not cool items well.
The complimentary DOVE products were misleading, as they seemed to be refilled with an off-brand product. Noise was another issue—there was a pressure washer operating every five minutes, making it impossible to enjoy fresh air with the window open.
I also encountered a surprise $25 pet fee per night, which was not mentioned during booking. Thankfully, it was waived for my service dog, but it added to the feeling of being misled.
The TV remote was faulty, the toilet’s water pressure was concerning, and the reception area gave off shady vibes. I recorded a video of the room to document damages, fearing I might be scammed out of my deposit. I can't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
