We traveled with a small baby and chose this hotel because it stated that parking was available.
We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and wanted to check in quickly. The receptionist then claimed that we had booked two rooms, even though my receipt showed only one room. He then called his own customer service and wanted me to wait in the reception while he was on hold, despite me explaining that it was the middle of the night and we had a small baby.
Moreover, it turned out that there was no available parking at all, and we had to find parking ourselves in the city. We finally found a spot, a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel. With a lot of luggage and a few months old baby in our arms, we had to walk through half the city in the middle of the night.
Very unprofessional handling of their own mistake and misleading information about the hotel.
