Do NOT stay at the top of the tower
Staff was friendly, check in was easy BUT I did not get any sleep whatsoever. I was on the 10th floor and not sure what is outside hanging off the bldg, or what but there was something slamming up against the bldg all night. Sounded like chain. I complained to the front desk that night and it seems they knew what I was talking about because people have complained about it before. I asked if they could find out what it was or have me moved, they said they were full, I then asked for management and they were unavailable till the morning. I had an appt the following morning and was gone the entire day but when I returned management was gone for the day. After the second night and complaining once again, the staff again (different crew) knew about the issue but still didn't do anything about it.
As I was checking out I finally was able to speak to mamagement about the noise and lack of sleep and they would be able to do anything about the bill since $180/night for zero sleep was not ideal. She stated there was nothing she could do, which is BS, and said she'd discount my next stay. There will NOT be a next stay.
