I liked that my room had a partial view of the Mediterranean Sea. I liked that the hotel is a converted villa.
I asked for a room away from the main road, Yarkon St., but such a room wasn't available. I was woken up a few times at night by honking, and trucks, buses, and motorcycles accelerating. Tel Aviv prides itself as being a 'city that never sleeps,' and this translates into vehicular traffic throughout the night. The villa is only three stories, and about half of the rooms are facing the main road. If you are a heavy sleeper, if shouldn't be an issue. If you are a light sleeper, and you staying in the half of the building facing the street, you may hear the noise, even with the air conditioner on. That was my experience. I share this in the spirit of caveat emptor-- let the buyer beware.
