The only thing that would make it better is to have a decent hot breakfast.

Breakfast was cereal, toast, bagel and tiny muffins . Not much to get excited about . Room was ok , bathroom was ridiculously huge . We stayed before when it was a days inn, rank it about the same as that was . Price was good

This Hotel ( Sparke by Hilton) was amazing, it was very clean, the staff were Amazing, it could of had alittle bit more breakfast for the name of the hotel and the pool was missing, but all in all i give them a 9 out of 10!

The room was very clean, there was a private balcony that was nice to sit on and watch the traffic roll by, the staff was quite friendly, a nice overnight stop.

8/10 - Muito boa

The hotel facility was excellent at this price point and we will likely stay here again. The room was basic but clean and reasonably appointed. It was great for our brief stay. The convenience of the location on the main Sevierville parkway was excellent but comes with some serious road noise issues. Obviously this is a difficult problem to resolve when the building is very close to the highway, but should be considered when booking here, especially if you have small children.

Breakfast left MUCH to be desired, but if cereal is your jam- you are good to go.

Staff was friendly and professional, room was clean, bed was comfortable, not much traffic noise, bathroom was clean and well stocked with shampoo and soap and lotion, breakfast was good.

Staff was great. Beds were okay. They were super soft but not even. Even though there was a placard showing pool this way they didn’t have a pool.

6/10 - Boa

Was advised through Expedia to have a pool and there was no pool. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and we appreciated that, for other concerns we had. Not terrible for a 1 night stay.
Avaliação verificada

8/10 - Muito boa

The staff is courteous and the check-in was smooth. The property seems to be an old hotel that has been taken over by Hilton and they have done a great job of giving it a facelift. Rooms look pretty neat and clean. Breakfast options were less compared to a few of the other “Spark” properties I have stayed at.

4/10 - Aceitável

It’s an okay stay. My room door didn’t close and it felt like a motel. It had very little breakfast options. Not impressed, however the staff was nice.

8/10 - Muito boa

It was pet friendly. The rooms were updated and very nice. The rooms overall were terrific. The staff was friendly and very helpful and welcoming. If we needed anything they got it for us. To us the best part was that we could have our pets with us. A lot of hotels aren’t that welcoming. Big + in our books. The only downside for us was the doors they could be upgraded to the rooms. But overall it was a great hotel

Room had no body wash they fixed right away. Loved the staff so friendly. Will stay again

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always very friendly. We like it because it is a good value and right off of the highway that we travel. You would want to ask for a room that’s on the opposite side of the highway to avoid hearing the noise if you’re a light sleeper.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Paid for king bed and received 2 queens instead, no pool even though it was advertised, room had very bad mildew smell, we ended up booking a new hotel that same night and checked out the next morning. 10/10 would not recommend
