I recently stayed at Baron's Cove, & unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. The primary issue was the shockingly rude & disrespectful behavior of the staff, which overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that guest service was not a priority. I was met with dismissive attitudes & curt responses. They acted as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Throughout my stay, I encountered several issues that required staff assistance: drink & dining delays of over an hour, and ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign. Each time I sought help, the staff seemed annoyed by my request & responded in a manner that was both unhelpful & disrespectful rolling their eyes & muttering as they walked away. Instead of resolving my problems, they made me feel like a nuisance. I'd hoped that the management might be more understanding, but my interactions with them were equally disappointing. When I attempted to address my concerns about the staff’s behavior, I was met with defensiveness & a lack of accountability. It seemed like they were more interested in dismissing my complaints than addressing the issues at hand. While the hotel's amenities & location were satisfactory, the staff's rude behavior left a sour taste the staff's rude behavior left a sour taste that overshadowed my entire stay.
