The bathroom of our apartment was filled with black mold on the shower walls and ceiling. We texted to have it cleaned, but needed to wait nearly 2 days before the handyman could come because the manager “lost his bag of keys” (that was not a problem. Stuff happens). However, the shower turned out not to be the only issue the handyman noticed when he finally came - the sink drain was rusting away, so he needed to fix that, but he didn’t have the correct parts, so he needed to leave twice to get them. We couldn’t use the bathroom for hours - again, fine, I understood that. However, when I contacted the property to get a partial refund for enduring the mold and inability to use our bathroom, no reply. I contacted them twice by email, which is what the property manager said was the only way to get a refund and it was radio silence. So, I cannot recommend this place or company.
