Overall, the property met our expectations. However, we encountered some frustrations with an uncommunicated policy change regarding the airport shuttle. We had anticipated that shuttle charges would be billed to our room, but upon arrival, we were informed that payment was required directly to the driver. Unfortunately, we didn’t have Euros on hand, and the driver couldn’t accept credit card payments. Additionally, the service at reception was inconsistent and unreliable at times.
On a positive note, we were self-sufficient, which allowed us to navigate these challenges and ultimately made the experience more memorable and educational. The daily breakfast was a significant perk, and the option to have it delivered to our room worked flawlessly. Despite the few issues, we would recommend this resort to others, with the mentioned caveats.
