This hotel is simply bad. It is located in an excellent area of San Juan, just steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants.
We were given a room on the third floor, which we reached via a small, dirty, and unsettling elevator.
Room: Dirty and small, with hair all over the bathroom. Thanks to the goodwill of Fabiola Adorno, the receptionist, we were upgraded to a Villa .
The concept of the new room is good; however, it was still dirty, with hair everywhere, no shampoo, and no hand towels (they also don’t provide beach towels despite charging a "resort fee"—for what???). The bathroom was dirty, with sand in the shower, on the floor, and water leaking out of the shower area. There was sand in the fridge, a shortage of outlets (only one in the room, far from the bedside table), and in the living room, an outlet was coming out of the wall.
The TV system was designed to be unusable—three remote controls that were difficult to operate, meaning no TV.
I could go on, but I’ll just say this: THIS IS NOT the hotel you want to stay at in Puerto Rico.
