Broken AC
The AC in my room wasn’t working and I requested a new room after it was obvious it wasn’t cooling. The front desk said the computer was down and would come up with a new room key when it was done. I waited for hours until I finally called back and was told they “forgot” about me. The front desk clerk then came into the room and told me the AC was working and made me feel crazy asking if I was sick. I wasn’t sick and the room was stale/hot. There was no cool air coming out of the unit. At that point I had zero sleep and was fully awake so I just said never mind on the new room. All they did was comp me breakfast and parking after not having air and being forgotten about all night. The front desk manager was very rude. I travel a ton for work and have never had an AC issue like this and it made me really upset that they made it seem like I was being crazy.
