Staying at this place deceived me from all the good experience I have had for so many years with Best Western guests' wellbeing.
First, we came from Rochester to spend only one night (July 17) flying the next day from JFK Airport at 9:00 am. The initial shock was the narrow stairs and the ramp to enter the hotel. My husband and I are in our eightys, with 3 luggages of 50 pounds each. Besides, a sign at the entrance says "The Elevator is out of order." But, in this case, at least, they found a room on the first floor for us. Then, I asked if I could have someone's help to carry the luggages. A sound "NO" was said. Then, I asked if someone could call us at 5:30am to wake us up. No answer and no service. Then, I asked if I could have some "breakfast to go" since the service starts only at 7:00am and we would be leaving at 6:00 am. Another sound "no" was said. Then, we went to our room by ourselves, without any help, when I called desk service again asking for a blanket, and got another sound "no"!!! So many denails of service is really sad !!!
