Worst hotel ever! We've had to change rooms 2 times (3 different rooms)!
The first room was fulfiled with mold! There was mold at the bathroom ceiling and so much mold at the air conditioner ducts that the room got filthy with black dust all over the floor and furnitures. A technician came to check it after I complained for 3 times. He saw the problem and immediatly called the manager and asked him to change our room.
The second room was on the last floor (5th floor), was infested with ants, the water flux at the taps and at the shower was intermmitent (we got without water for several times during the 2 days we were in that room) and to get it worst, the elevator was broke and we had to take the stairs with all ower luggage and daily purchases. After several complains, they decided to change our room again.
The third room was ok, but after more than 15 days of occupancy, no one came to clean it (not even once at week as promissed by their advertising).
Besides all the room problems, we had one package delivered by Amazon at the resort front desk that was missed by the employees and got disappeared for 3 days, until someone figured out that it was misplaced at a front desk cabinet.
And the cherry at the top, was at the next day after we left the resort: they charged me for 21.66 USD on my credit card without any further contact or any explanation at all.
Pay a few dollars more and stay at Polynesian Resort or any other brand resort in that location to avoid stress.
