Disappointed
Upon arrival to the front desk, I was not greeted with a smile, rather I was greeted by a distracted employee who looked at me confused as if she didn't know why I was there. I told her I was checking in (I was a bit early arriving), and she said, "Well there's a $50 fee for early check in." I told her that in 13 years of traveling, I'd never encountered this. She really didn't seem to care, and charged me. The breakfast service on my second morning was horrible. I waited 15 minutes before anyone greeted me (I was the only person in the restaurant) and it took about 45 minutes total for me to get my toast and sausage, which was cold and burnt. The coffee was Luke warm. I would not stay at this hotel again due to service. The property itself was lovely and comfortable and in a good location.
