Poor service
I had 2 rooms booked for my daughter’s birthday. 1 larger room (6 person) and 1 standard room. I booked the rooms over a month in advance and then 2 weeks before our check in I called the hotel directly and asked if it would be possible to make sure we had the rooms side by side or at least close. The employee I spoke with (I have her name and date I called) told me yes, not a problem she would add that to our booking and that we would have side by side rooms as it was going to be 2 adults and 8 kids so we wanted to ensure we were all close to each other. Upon arrival and check in they hand me the room keys and I noticed not only weren’t we side by side, we weren’t even on the same floor. When I mentioned this to the employee checking in she apologized and said they had to move my rooms around and gave one of my rooms to someone else as per her manager. I explained how I booked in advance, then even called and spoke with someone and they guaranteed my rooms together. She “apologized” again and said nothing could be done as the hotel was now fully booked. Now we obviously made this work since we had no choice but what crappy service to guarantee something to a customer then turn around and go back on your word. And why should someone else get my room that I booked first? We were also really bummed to find the hot tub broken down and fully drained and not available for our stay with no advanced warning. For the price and lack of service I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.
