We spent only one night at the Canyons Boutique Hotel on our trip through Zion National Park. We wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel is in a great location for exploring Zion, Bryce and Red Canyon parks. It's a charming small hotel with an attentive staff. The rooms are beautifully appointed, each of them in a different way. Lauren, who made our check-in, was extremely cordial and helped us with dinner once it was thanksgiving eve and the hotel restaurant was completely booked (there are no many dining options in town and they all close quite early, except for McDonalds). The hotel does not offers room service. However, something happened in the hotel's reservation system and when we returned from dinner, another couple was trying to enter our room once they were given the same keys. Despite of that, the entire hotel has that cozy atmosphere that made us feel like home. Beds were comfortable and linens adequate. Breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant and it is on average for american matinal buffets. The hotel has a parking area free of charge. My only quibble would be that the air conditioner is too loud for the room, so leaving it on was not an option if we wanted to sleep. We overall enjoyed our stay and will probably go back in the near future.
