Check-in: horrible!! 6 guests on the line and only a single staff, while the other staff goes outside picks up delivered food for 3 persons and proceeds to go back in the office. 45 minutes to check-in! Room furniture was ok, but definitely needs updating. Hallways smell very musty. A/C in the lobby wasn't working. Had to park 2 blocks away because they had trailers in the parking lot, but it rained torrentially all weekend and they had no shuttle service to the parking lot. They "rent" guests umbrellas for $50. Came back to the hotel at 1am in the rain and the parking lot 2 blocks away denied me entrance; went to the front desk and the clerk wanted me to park in the hotel parking lot until the morning; but the security (Mr. Burrows) refused to let me, so we waited for 45 minutes for him to call the security manager of the other parking lot for me to park there. This was after 1am in the morning, and the hotel lot was empty! I asked 3 straight days to speak to the GM (Mr. Wright) but he was never on property and never messaged me back. Restaurant service was crap! Just crap! Food was good but service was crap! I'm back in a month and already booked elsewhere.
