Worst experience ever
My first room when Check in we was welcome pest in the room walking around the floor roaches everywhere in the bathroom and living area.
They change my room gave me a new room around 7:30pm at night
During my room switch I left my fiancé at the downstairs buffet to go move the luggage’s and comeback to the restaurant Casablanca
During the process me and my fiancé got loss without her knowledge of the new room number she was lost and no way of contacting me
Hotel staff was not helpful at all they kept pointing my fiancé to dark area when she ask where is the front seat had her wondering around the property loss
During her walking and me trying to find her they was a blackout the place went totally dark
My fiancé started crying in the phone with me I went to reception to help me find her
To call security they denied my request it can be language barrier some staff spoke English
I told the hotel reception to find her they was worrying about me yelling at them to find my fiancé they wanted to arrest me because I’m yelling if wasn’t when the light came on and my fiancé walking around the corner I said there she goes
She was emotional she said to them if my fiancé say I’m lost why nobody looking for me why you more worried that your staff is trying to arrest my fiancé on our first day here when you guys mess up
They all money hungry because they wanted my fiancé to pay for them to release him for nothing
It was my fiancé birthday that’s why we even went
