Steve, the night auditor and front desk agent, was an absolute delight!! He was courteous, attentive, and made our stay that much better. When we first checked in, the first 2 agents who were about to leave for the evening were rude and impatient. Steve took over and instantly changed the energy with his positive attitude and hospitality. Give that man a raise!! He went above and beyond for our family and I saw him throughout our time here doing the same for other guests. We normally stay at Hilton hotels, this was our first time staying at Hyatt. The breakfast is your standard continental breakfast, the pool was fun and well kept, the rooms were alright but still kind of small. The absolute only reason I am even caring to write a review is because of the treatment we received from Steve. No other hotel employee was on top of things the way he was and we greatly appreciate it!
