I had my luggage stolen on the transfer service !
I had my luggage stolen on the transfer service offered by the hotel. I was with my family at the Abba hotel on October 28-31. The stay was great, but on our last day we scheduled the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. As we got into the transfer van at 7:30 pm my husband put our luggage in the trunk and the good driver directed him into the van while he closed the trunk, we got in the driver then came in and then left because he had left trunk open. When we arrived at the destination, minutes later, the big surprise, our two backpacks were no longer in the trunk. In contact with hotel they said that in the video appeared someone picking up our bags in the trunk and running out. We made an incident report, and asked the hotel to send me a copy of the video to see what happened and also that someone is responsible for the event, after all our luggage was in the care of a hotel contractor. The employee who answered me said that within minutes he would send me a reply email. I never received any email. I rode around Europe for more than 20 days in meters, buses, taxis and ended up being robbed using the service of a 4 star hotel and the worst that no one was responsible for.
