Unfortunately, our experience at the Hotel [Hotel Name] was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, they were unable to find our reservation, resulting in a long wait and a lot of frustration. We were eventually assigned a room designated for people with disabilities. While we understand the importance of these rooms, it was not what we had booked or what we needed.
The room had an uncomfortable bathroom and the bed was low and uncomfortable. In addition, it was located in front of the hotel's cleaning room and next to one of the exits, resulting in constant noises of doors opening and closing throughout the night, early morning, and morning, preventing us from resting.
I want to highlight that the girl at the front desk was very kind and she did everything she could to help us, but unfortunately, our overall stay was terrible.
