Bedbugs a horrible experience and a terrible night
I started scratching myself, 5mins later felt something crawling on me I look around its bedbugs, I went to the front desk showed them the videos of bedbugs in my bed, I ask them move me in another room, they told me I can get a refund or go back in the same room with the bedbugs🤔remind people it’s 2am where am I supposed to go with no car, I said refund they gave me my security deposit and told me I’ll get a refund in 2-3days, what if I didn’t have money left to afford another room with extra cost fortunately I had a few extra dollars, but I had to walk 9 blocks to get to the next hotel, I spent a extra 30$ after hours, they didn’t accommodate me for having to leave at 2am and pay extra money for a different hotel, they didn’t say sorry or offer any type of compensation for their bedbugs, I couldn’t get the proper rest for work I had to miss work because I was tired, Best western had bedbugs and I had to suffer because of their lack of care, If the other hotel didn’t let me book late for some extra money I would have had to sleep in the lobby possibly stuck outside in the cold or either get in the same bed with the bugs was my options,No accommodations no remorse I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there the customer service was terrible, they need to create a policy for these types of situations, it wasn’t my fault bedbugs were present but ME THE PAYING CUSTOMER HAD TO SUFFER WHICH WAS UNFAIR AND INCONSIDERATE!!!!
