Beautiful hotel and nicely decorated rooms.
At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. That was upsetting as we had visited this hotel once before and had also attended a wedding there, always speaking highly of this place and recommending to other friends, we were sad to be treated that way.
However, the manager came to our rescue and quickly found bedrooms upstairs (with working lifts) and made our whole stay very enjoyable.
