The check-in and check-out process is done via live feed with an off-site employee. It was a bit confusing, as our accents got in the way. The “deluxe room” was standard size, nothing too special. It did have a small fridge (that was almost cold) and a microwave. The elevator was broken (and had been for a while) and all of the rooms required stairs to get to…1st floor was down a few, 2nd floor was up a few, 3rd floor (where I stayed) was up a full flight plus. The pool was out of order and I could easily hear the conversations from other rooms when I walked through the hallway. The outside door (that requires a keycard) would not close/lock properly, so there was no need for a key card to gain access to the building. Housekeeping came into my room during the day to clean, even though I was only staying 2 nights. The linens were stained.
My stay was ok. I haven’t decided if I will stay there again and request a different type of room.
