This resort seemed promising based on the photos, so we booked a weekend for a bachelorette celebration. However, upon arrival, the experience was disappointing. The room was filthy: stained chairs, dirty floors, and no pull-out bed as advertised—just a stained couch. Worse, there were bloodstains on the sheets. When housekeeping was called, a staff member entered the room without knocking, followed by another who came in to refill the fridge, also without knocking. Feeling uncomfortable, we requested a new room. The second room was slightly cleaner but had a persistent mildew smell.
The dining experience was underwhelming. The buffet was passable, thanks to the pasta station, but the ribeye at the water grill was inedibly salty. Bordeaux offered the best meal, though the petite filet mignon was tough and chewy. The only highlight of the stay was the massage and hydrotherapy experience.
If you value cleanliness and good food, I recommend looking elsewhere.
