Staff was all very friendly and welcoming, but when we arrived 90 minutes after check-in time, they did not have a room ready for us and we had to wait about 30 minutes for it. After getting our keys at the front desk, they sent us to a second desk to get a parking pass and “activate” our room keys, and this is just an excuse for them to try to get you to attend a time-share sales pitch. They were a little pushy but accepted our decline. So we didn’t start the trip off on the best foot. However, it was fantastic to have 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. Decor is a bit dated but everything was very clean and in great condition. Beds were comfortable and the very large tub was enjoyed by the bath-lovers of the family. The location is just a couple of blocks off the strip so you could walk over, and lots of people do, but know that it’s not a nice walk - high traffic, no shade. The front desk told us we had access to all the pools, but in fact only the main pool by the clubhouse was open during our visit. My kids did really enjoy that pool, though. They were excited to check out the game room but found it was very limited, actually only had few games. Also note that there are no elevators, just stairs for 2nd and 3rd floors lodgings. No daily housekeeping either. It was a terrific value and overall we enjoyed our stay, just be aware of potential annoyances.
