This was a trip by a father and son to go to a hockey game at climate pledge Arena. It was a two night day and it was adequate. The building itself is old. The sound in the rooms is loud. You can hear toilet flushing in other rooms and hallway, noise is quite evident our first morning. We were woken up by a fire alarm and the building had to be evacuated, and this was not the hotel‘s fault But no explanation was given or any kind of compensation was offered in anyway our trip through Hotels.com stated that we were to receive a bottle of sparkling wine each day. This was not offered or given when asked about at checkout. The front staff almost laughed it off and offered us two bottles there at the desk, felt that this was Inappropriate And disrespectful. Parking also cost $30 per evening, but it is in a covered parking garage, which is nice on a positive note. There is a lot of restaurant options right on the street and in the area itself. The location is very close to climate pledge Arena, which is very good for attending anything there as a hockey game my son and I attended.
