Our room wasn’t ready for at least an hour after check in, which caused me to have to change in the lobby bathroom and be late for my dinner reservation. I also had to bring my luggage to dinner. Concierge showed no real effort to fix the issue, giving the excuse that the room wasn’t ready bc I had upgraded to a nicer room. Idk why having a nicer room would make me have to wait longer.
When I finally did get back to the hotel at 11, I only had my room key and no actual directions. When I did finally find the room, the keys didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs and have them issue me new keys.
Not a good experience, I won’t be coming back.
