The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is fine - but there is not so much space to eat for the many people that the hotel can accommodate.
I have seen that others have written that towels were missing in the room. We experienced that too. They were removed, and then we had to go down to reception ourselves and get new ones. It wasn't a problem, but we haven't experienced it in a hotel before ;-)
There is quite a bit of unrest around the hotel, so if you want a quiet hotel, you probably shouldn't stay here.
BUT at the reception was a young man. His name is Jo/Joe and he was absolutely fantastic :-) Sweet and polite with a good sense of humor, happily fetched us towels, reassured us about the impending hurricane and was really good at small talk. The hotel is very lucky that they have him employed. He really is a star :-)
