We were warmly greeted by hotel staff. But before we could even get checked in she was asking for our prayers for her son who is having mental issues. I found this offensive, but I smiled and just kept going.
I had requested a room with a walk-in shower as my husband and I both have balance disabilities along with a lot of other things, but climbing into a bathtub is very difficult for us
Did not like that there was not walk in shower available.
And then, when we finally did get to our room with the bathtub, no shower, the light overhead was not working, and we were told that maintenance had left for the day and there was nothing they could do about it. And upon examining the tub the area around the drain was so rusted dirty, and corroded that I didn’t think I would want to take a bath in there anyway. The next thing is the fact that we could not get the USB plug-ins worked for charging phones tablets on our watches.
And then we couldn’t figure out how to get the television set working. On this, we called for help at the front desk and she tried to get it going and eventually between she and mostly my husband they managed to figure out what was wrong. This should not be an issue.
Finally, the idea of a complementary Breakfast was not good when we got to the breakfast area around 8 o’clock in the morning there was really nothing left.We sat there for about 10 minutes, looking for someone and hoping that they would replenish supplies, but they never did. Terrible Experience
