The hotel is small, cramped and lacks features. The restaurants are hard to get reservations, yet half the seats are empty. My girlfriend ate some of an off smelling scallop before she could spit the rest out. 30 hours she spent in the room following it. She ate salad only at the salad bar for 2 days straight. Then we ate at a different restaurant ,and she woke up at 4 am with extreme nausea again. We ate separate foods, so it didn’t get me. We ate every meal off resort for the last 3 days. We had to constantly ask for room towels, which never came. The app said they were delivered, but never were. 3 days with 1 towel in the room for 2 adults and a woman with very long hair. Same with asking for water for the room. Constantly asking and applying on app. With it saying they delivered, and was never coming. Half the staff is extremely friendly, the other half does just enough and is just there. The best part is the location, you can walk to Atlantis and the Four seasons to eat. That’s what we did. The swim up bar smells horrible, there aren’t enough chairs at pool for the number of guests, the only indoor bar is tiny and dark and depressing. It reminds me of somewhere I would have loved for Spring Break.
