The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. Towels looked nice rolled up on our arrival but all of them were very damp. 2. The smoke detector started beeping that the battery was needing to be changed (these should be charged more regularly!). This is what we texted the number about. After hours of waiting, they still didn't know when someone could come by, so we went and bought batteries and replaced it ourselves to stop it from beeping every couple minutes. 3) TV remote missing. The one in the bedroom was missing the battery cover. 4) The photo of the pool on the listing was not accurate for the building. Ours was much smaller. It also wasn't heated so it was far too cold to go in. 5) The dishes didn't come in a complete set (only having 1 drinking glass, for example) 6) The coffee maker was not working properly (we fixed it ourselves) and the provided coffee grounds weren't enough to even make one pot. Altogether, these were enough to leave us a bit frustrated throughout our 4 night stay.
