Smoke alarm kept me up
The bed was comfortable and the shower felt amazing however the smoke alarm kept beeping. When I checked in around 9:00 PM Thursday and entered the room I noticed the smoke alarm was beeping. I called down to have the battery changed and the responded immediately and the beeping stopped until 6:12 AM the next morning. I went down for a cup of coffee Around 7 AM and informed them that the smoke alarm was beeping again, they advised they will make a note for someone to look into it. Around 9:45 AM they let me know they were going to fix it. I went out for a few hours and when I came back the lock was reset and my key card was not working to enter the room causing me to go back downstairs to get them to reset my card, while doing this they advised me the smoke alarm was fixed and would not be going off. Then at 1:21 AM I woke up to the smoke alarm beeping once again. I don’t know if the alarm is at its 10 year life span or what the situation is, but I think management needs to look deeper into this because if there were a major emergency and the smoke alarm is not properly working, the person in that room may not be able to respond to it.
