Check in went very smooth until the desk clerk said he had to run my card, even though I prepaid. Could not understand his broken english as to why, but no new charges, yet. Refrigerator did not work, a/c fan barely blew, bare minimum of towels, Xfinity 90% shop at home programming, CBS not available, luggage cart came apart while using. At checkout, the clerk tried to double charge the pet deposit, was given no receipts even though I asked for them. Someone was smoking weed and it could be smelled down stairs; we were on the 3rd floor, and the hotel only had 3 or 4 rooms in use.
