A pretty new property; well appointed, but with concrete allowing flats above and below to transfer noise.
One street over from a main routes for blue light services exercising their sirens.
Apartments, so you never know when you'll get a Hens' or Bucks' above you.
Laneway access safe, but doesn't feel it. Food stores are...distant. And cabs try to deposit you one street over from the apartments' entrance, so stay sharp or enjoy the walk.
Only 15 mins walk to the bright lights of Rundle St and the National Wine Centre; overall this property was light, bright and with great beds, comfortable. If the property offered a brekkie hamper, stopped the Samsung TV from telling you the volume and the programme ID (soooo irritating!) and removed the bloodstains from the room we didn't stay in (!!), it'd be a great 'off-piste' accommodation option in a town lacking some accommodation character.
Oh yes; keep your phone charged, so the JustIn access app will unlock the building and your room for you!
