Super 0 Wyndham should be embarrassed!
I showed up at 12:30 (no one behind desk used phone to call them no answer waited and waited for someone to show up)and tried to check in and was told “no check in was at 3” there was 3 vehicles in the parking lot and never asked what room I was in. (Minor) came back at around 4 saw someone who looked like they might work there watched him put his food in the free breakfast fridge and told me to use phone to call someone. Yet again no answer. Finally someone showed up. Asked for id took it printed form told me to sign in 3 spots gave me back id gave me key with a scribble for a wifi password (which I never was able to log in to). He never asked if I was bringing a pet to my pet friendly room or if I needed anything. Got the key and asked how to get to the room because no direction or conversation was had. Got to the room and seemed ok. Looked at the bed when I put my bag down on it and the comforter had stains on it and there was a black hair under the pillow. Went to grab the spare pillow and there was a black stain on it too . Thought to call but no one seems to answer the phones there. Only had 1 coffee pod for the morning but 3 tea pods. Had to blow me nose no Kleenex only toilet paper? Opened up a drawer and there was flyers dated 2024 and 2023 in the drawer. No one around to check me out. Yet again why try a phone that no one answers. I put my card behind the glass and decided to leave my review on line for everyone because no one there is around to listen. Could go on…
