Horrible service
It was a nightmare I found someone else’s clothes in the room immediately upon arrival and when I asked if the room was cleaned they said yes. Went swimming as soon as I got there only to get back to the room to try to shower and the tub was dirty and there was hair everywhere. I let front desk know and he said sorry and would send up some cleaning solution due to housekeeping not being there. I waited almost and hour if not an hour only standing in wet clothes waiting for him to come. I called him back and asked if I can get a different room because that one was not clean. He came up stairs apologized I showed him my proofs he took a picture and told me to take proof for my records as well. I asked about being compensated with some sort of discount he said he couldn’t because he wasn’t a manager and I could talk to management in the morning. Morning came about 7 almost 7:30 and as I’m showering in the now changed room there was mold rolling down the shower I got out got dressed and went to see if the manager. I made the manager aware of what happened with the other room and asked about a discount the manager, stated no they can’t give me a discount or any kind of compensation because I was compensated with a fresh new room. She made excuses about why the room wasn’t clean was because of a new. The previous worker admitted the room was not cleaned prior to me and my kids entering the room. I was told I’d be refunded nothing so far. I booked for 3 days and left after 12hrs
