The hotel itself was nice. It was the man by the name of Shubh who I had the issue with. My hotel card kept messing up and I didn’t know why. After ten times of it messing up, Shubh finally yells at me “don’t use your phone for your card!” Then I go what? He says it again even more aggressive. Again I say, what? He says it again slightly madder. That’s when I go, sorry, I’m not understanding what you’re saying. That’s when he grabs the card and touches the phone with it and goes “don’t use your phone for your card!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He got extremely aggressive about it. That’s when I figured out what he was saying and I was like,oh ok. He continued to yell at me after I told him that I didn’t know that( I don’t stay in hotels). He waited till it messed up 10 times before he told me what I was doing wrong.He treated me like I was stupid and I really don’t appreciate it. I was gonna stay for 3 weeks but cuz of that guy I left after 3. You guys lost a lot of money cuz of Shubh. This guy is terrible at communicating. You should put that guy that works on Sundays in a higher position cuz that guy is much, much, much, much, more pleasant to be around
