The worst experience I’ve ever had. The Room severely filthy. I was not able to be accommodated to another room. I was offered a full refund. However, this would not be refunded for 5-7 business days. Charge is still pending, best western would not expedite refund, hotels.com would not comp me another room and I am out $218 with this review on a stay i was not able to complete. After years with hotels.com. I am very disappointed on how this was handled on both ends. So I am confused hotel’s.com stated i agreed to a cancellation with best western, that I never did. Yet I’m am here on this review with this booking that is not cancelled. I am quite confused and annoyed. I also shared pics to hotels.com confirming how unsanitary and unsafe to stay here. Not able to take pics of splatters on walls everywhere, broken restroom mirror, tub, and dirty sheets. I am in shock of how they thought this was ok to put someone in the room.
