Disappointed - no hot tub
Came back from a trip and wanted to soak in the hot tub and relax. But the hotel hot tub was not running. It was why we booked here instead of holiday in express for half the price but we couldn’t cancel because we did our booking directly thru hotels.com - we called hotels.com to at least cancel our second night but they said ask the hotel. The hotel said no because it’s booked through hotels.com. The hotel hallways were hot, humid, musty (they had blowers going), looks like one of the rooms had flooded. The pool lights didn’t work so we were swimming in the dark until maintenance came to fix it. Gym didn’t have a treadmill only a bike and free weights. The breakfast was yummy with waffles, coffee was meh, but they have a $50 fine if you take food back to your room. My kids were sleeping in so they didn’t get breakfast because I couldn’t bring them cereal. The beds were hard, sheets had cigarette burns. It was overall a disappointing stay. I don’t know how they can charge what they do.
