I had booked a room to stay in this hotel for 6 days. On the booking confirmation was written that I could do my check-in up to 2AM at the hotel.
For my surprise, once I arrived at the hotel at 1h40am (I have Lyft receipt to prove it), the receptionist Ramon told me my booking was cancelled because I arrived after 1am despite the booking confirmation says 2am.
Even though I NEVER saw a hotel to cancel an entire booking because a customer arrive “late”.
First, Ramon told me that expedia who cancelled the booking. After contact the platform, he told me the property system cancelled. After a third call, Ramon told the me that the hotel was overbooked and there was no place to stay there. This already AFTER 2AM!!
Now, the hotel doesn’t want to give me back my money as the property made a mistake. This hotel is totally disrespectful with customer and they are being scammers!
