walking in the room, we seen the bed looked undone, only 2 pillows on the bed, food crumbs on the bed, two huge puddles of water near the heater & the fridge, & only one towel was in the room. not to mention that the sheets smelled nasty, like food. i got a text from the hotel saying that they charge $20 for 2 extra hours & $40 for 4 extra hours, i submitted a request for the $20 & it showed pending. 10am hit & the manager started ringing our room phone nonstop. we answered & he told us checkout is at 11am, i told him i submit a request for extra time & he said okay, $40 extra for only 1 extra hour. i showed him the texts i received & then said okay but to zelle him $20, i asked if id get a refund for the request i submit online & he said i had to cancel but it was all greyed out since i was waiting for their response. he refused to help me, i asked him to show me my receipt & he said he didn’t have one. the argument went on for so long, he eventually pulled out a “receipt” from his end & he said i haven’t paid anything when i was literally showing him my bank statement & my receipt from the hotels.com, my money was already taken. he said i still had to pay, he was charging me $120 plus $20 for the extra time & on every other website it showed $150+. he ended up kicking me out & told me he wasn’t going to charge me anything but all my money was still taken including the extra $20. not to mention he was on the phone arguing with another customer as i was there. waste of money.
