The people at the front desk were friendly and happy to help. I live on coffee, so we asked for extra coffee packs when we checked in, and the gentleman was happy to provide. The room was comfortable, but the tv did have a habit of losing signal, so I recommend you bring a lap top or good book to keep you occupied.
The bathroom was very small, only room for one person, and the door blocked the tub when open, so don't expect to get ready with your hubby at the same time. But it was clean, and I loved the lotion they provided on the wall.
There were limited electrical outlets, and one side of the bed had no electrical access, so be warned there.
Breakfast was not impressive. Ceral, juice, bread and bagles, fat free yougurt, and a waffle maker. I was unhappy that they put the real milk away after breakfast, so the only option was powdered creamer for coffee and tea all day.
Next door is a wonderful diner, The Squeaky Rail. We ate there for every meal, and LOVED it. I was VERY happy to have such a good restaurant so close to the hotel.
All in all we were happy with the hotel, for the price. They were having a special of $49 a night, so the price was perfect for what we got.
I did squish a few bugs in the room, but it didn’t bother me much, and we had no bug bites or skin issues, so the bed and room were properly cleaned.
We will stay there again when we need to be in town. Especially, because of the restaurant next door.
